Defensia operates retrospectively on de-identified completed episodes. Its reconstruction model uses fixed, version-controlled logic to identify longitudinal narrative structure, classify rule-defined patterns, and produce executive governance artifacts.
De-Identified completed episode export
Organizations provide de-identified exports of completed documentation episodes. Defensia does not require live system access, EMR integration, workflow modification, or protected health information. Processing occurs offline on retrospective datasets.Longitudinal narrative reconstruction

Why the model remains reproducible
Defensia relies on fixed logic and version-stamped outputs to preserve reproducible reconstruction. Governance artifacts remain stable and referenceable across runs, reporting cycles, and organizational units.
How the model is deployed
Engagement is time-boxed and batch-oriented, using de-identified exports of completed episodes in your environment. Pilot and annual runs use the same deterministic architecture. Differences are limited to cadence and engagement structure.
